If we replace a product, we will try to replace this product with another
one of equal value but this new product may not be of equal value.

exchanging those points for free items. However, we may add some pages
or web sites that are based on completing an offer. Certain terms in this
document apply to point-based site while others may apply to offer-completion

values of products or offers at any time, and for any reason. For referral-based
sites we reserve the right to change the approval requirements necessary

I. MEMBERSHIP
1. Valid Information.
(a) All account holders shall provide accurate information about their
identity.
(b) For EveryDayNetBargains.com, an account holder must have a valid email
address and a valid shipping address in the United States, a U.S. Territory,
Canada, England, Scotland, or Wales. For all other EveryDayNetBargains.com -
sites, an account holder must have a valid email address and a valid shipping
address in the United States or a U.S. Territory. The account holder should
also note that some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We only allow
one account per shipping address.
2. Accounts.
(a) Individual account holders may create only one account, and may login
with the account holder name and password as well as earn and spend points
amongst any product available on the Web Site.
(b) Any account set up in an attempt to defraud or which violate these
Terms and Conditions in any way will be placed on hold.
(c) A single account holder may not have multiple accounts at one or more
shipping address, but may not have an account at a PO Box.
(d) An account holder may not use another person's name or information
to open and account and/or join a pool, and receive products from this
website, or complete offers under another person's name or using another
person's account.
(e) An account holder may not create an account on behalf of another person
even when this other person has given his or her consent. Furthermore this
person acting on behalf of someone else cannot particiapate in any subsequent
campaign activity. All account holders must sign up for their individual
account themselves and are responsible for completing the information process
themselves.
If an account holder is found to have handed the signup and/or offer process
to someone else, all involved parties will have their accounts placed on
hold. An exception to this condition would apply when one party is disabled,
visually or physically impaired and/or needs legitimate assistance in opening
and account and joining a pool. In this case an account holder has the
option to assist their referral as their condition would require. We do
require, however, that all steps and any offer completions be done with
the full knowledge and consent of the account holder who is having it completed.
Any occurrence of such assistance should be communicated to EveryDayNetBargains.com - through the "contact us" section of the website so we may
not inappropriately place accounts on hold.
(f) Points accumulated cannot be transferred between accounts or pools
in our point-based sites.
(g) Each account holder is personally responsible for maintaining the
security of his/her account. An account holder should not share his/her
account information and is responsible for keeping his/her password confidential.
EveryDayNetBargains.com - is not liable for any losses incurred through the
access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password
or account.
(h) Any account holder who has his/her account placed on hold may not
create another account on any of the EveryDayNetBargains.com - websites.
3. Cancellation of Account.
There is no mechanism for canceling an account, however, if an account
holder no longer wishes to remain a part of this site, they can contact
us via the "contact us" button and interface and request that
his/her account be terminated.
4. Security.
Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into a EveryDayNetBargains.com - website is illegal and is punishable by all and any law regulating
privacy, illegal use of paswords, fraud and any and law applicable. EveryDayNetBargains.com - will procecute offenders to the full extent of the law.
II. ELIGIBILITY
1. Eligibility for Receiving a Free Item from EveryDayNetBargains.com -
(a) For this particular website, EveryDayNetBargains.com, account holders
must do the following to be eligible to receive their free product:
i. Complete a purchase of any item and get credit for at least this item.
ii. Accumulate the number of required points either via referral or via
randomly assigned new participant to this Suppport A Good Cause.
(b) After an account holder signs up with our website and successfully
provide the required information, an account or pool will be created under
this person's name and a number of points corresponding to the purchase
will be asigned to this pool. Whenever a new account is created the person
will have the option to create his/her account with or without a referral
(someone's else account number). When a referral is selected then this
person will be assigned his/her own pool and will also be automatically
added to the referee's account. Additionally, the number of point equal
to the number of points corresponding to a purchase will be credited to
both the orginal account holder and the referee. If the person joining
does not enter a referral then the same amount of points corresponding
to the purchase will be randomly assigned to another pool within EveryDayNetBargains.com -. For each additional purchases made by the account older,
the number of points corresponding to the points accumulated for any sale
will be added to the account holder's account number as well as the referee
account or to a randomly selected account if no referal has been selected.
(c) Multiple purchase will automatically be assign the sum of all points
and added to the account as well as the account of the referee or randomly
assigned to a valid account.
(d) Once points have been redeemed they will be deducted from the orriginal
account. Remaining points can be used toward future rewards.
(e) A referred account can only contribute a maximum of 10 points to the
referers. Any additional points after this will be assigned randomly to
other pools.
(f) Account holder are not required to sell merchandize or recruit others
to participate or gain free rewards. However, the referal of others can
tremendously increase the chances of gaining free rewards and we encourage
account holder to invites friends and family to participate and enroll
using the enroller's account.
III. ORDERS
1. Receipt of Product
(a) After an account holder completes the steps required to receive the
product, EveryDayNetBargains.com - will take measures to ensure that the account
holder receives orders within a reasonable amount of time. Delivery times
vary amongst product suppliers, but most orders are received within 45
days from placing the order.
(b) In some instances when address is out of our delivery norm or when
import laws in some countries maybe restrictive, account holder will be
offered cash payment for the retail value of the selected item and payment
will be arranged with account holder and made via Western Union or PayPal.
(c) After an account holder receives a product, if we determine that he
fraudulently completed the requirements, we have the right to take legal
action against the account holder.
2. Delivery of Product
(a) All orders are mailed to the address provided by the account holder
at the time the account holder orders the product. It is an account holder's
responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct. EveryDayNetBargains.com - is not responsible for lost orders stemming from incorrect
shipping addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries. In the event that a
situation arises necessitating package forwarding, EveryDayNetBargains.com -
is in no way responsible for ensuring delivery.
(b) If an account holder does not receive a product, he or she should
make sure that they have waited the appropriate time period and confirm
that the shipping address given is indeed correct. In the event that an
item is lost, EveryDayNetBargains.com - will make a reasonable effort to track
the package and replace it if necessary.
(c) For any product that has confirmed delivery via a tracking number,
EveryDayNetBargains.com - will not resend the order or refund the points back
to an account holder's account. If an item is lost, an account holder can
only receive a replacement product and cannot receive his or her points
or credit back for an order. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement
order or point or credit refund.
(d) If an account holder has received multiple orders at a shipping address,
EveryDayNetBargains.com - has the right, at any time, to refuse future delivery
to that address.
(e) Products listed on our websites is new in manufacturer package and
comes with complete warranties.
3. Cancellation of Orders
No cancellation of orders will be accepted.
4. Availability of Product
On occasion, products that appear on our websites may be back ordered
or discontinued from our supplier or their manufacturer. In cases involving
backordered products, products will ship as soon as they are made available.
In cases involving discontinued products, we will re-issue you credit so
that you can order another product of an equivalent value on our site.
5. Return Policy
(a) In the case of an error or mistake by EveryDayNetBargains.com - whereby
a wrong product was shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to replace
the product as long as the box has not been opened.
(b) If a product is found to be defective, the account holder should consult
the warranty information included with his or her free item. We are not
responsible for the repair or replacement of defective products. Account
Holder should contact the relevant vendor for questions about damaged or
defective products you receive. In cases where you do not know what vendor
shipped it to you, we can pass along the appropriate vendor's contact information.
IV. REFFERALS
1. Referral Fraud
(a) EveryDayNetBargains.com - reserves the right to screen all referrals for
signs of fraud. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine
which referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind
this decision.
(b) If suspicion of fraud is found, the account holder may have his or
her account placed on "hold" and would be unable to use any of
his or her credit towards any free product.
V. HOLD
1. Common Reasons for Being Placed on Hold
(a) Multiple accounts.
(b) Fraudulent referrals.
(c) Negative feedback from one of our affiliates or offers being completed
and immediately canceled.
(d) More than one account at an account holder's shipping address. For
EveryDayNetBargains.com, an account holder must have a valid shipping address
in the United States, a U.S. Territory, Canada, England, Scotland, or Wales.
For all other EveryDayNetBargains.com - sites, an account holder must have a
valid shipping address in the United States or a U.S. Territory. The account
holder should also note that some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
We only allow one account per shipping address.
(e) Posting information on a website, forum, or auction that has to do
with "canceling the offers" included, but not limited to, cancellation
phone numbers, cancellation time frames, and any encouragement or direction
to cancel the offers after signing up with them.
(f) Bidding on trademarked keywords associated with our advertising partners
or their affiliates in Internet search engines to gain referrals through
sponsored search results. (e.g. Bidding on the keyword "Blockbuster" in
Google and appending your referral link to this bid upon keyword.)
(g) Posting your referral link in places where it is not welcome, or spamming
your referral link online in any capacity is strictly prohibited. If we
see or receive complaints about your referral methods that we deem risky,
we may place your account or accounts on hold.
(h) Any other reason or a combination of reasons at the sole discretion
of EveryDayNetBargains.com -.
2. Additional terms regarding "hold" status
(a) We reserve the right to place an account holder's account on hold
at any time.
(b) We are not responsible for notifying an account holder about his or
her account being placed on hold.
(c) If an account on any EveryDayNetBargains.com - website is placed on hold,
all other accounts across all EveryDayNetBargains.com - websites created by
that individual may be placed on hold as well. Moreover, all orders from
any account created or connected to this individual may be frozen and the
account holder will be unable to order from any of the EveryDayNetBargains.com -
websites.
(d) an account holder who has had his or her account placed on hold may
not create another account on any EveryDayNetBargains.com - website.
(e) an account holder's account will be on hold indefinitely. Holds do
not expire.
(f) an account holder may not receive any reimbursement for points or
referrals accumulated prior to being placed on hold.
(g) If an account holder feels that he or she has been placed on hold
in error (i.e. has not acted against the terms of EveryDayNetBargains.com -),
he or she may contact us via our website.
(h) We reserve the right to place an account holder's account on hold
after they have gotten credit for a free item, and even after ordering
and receiving their free item. We also hold the right to follow up legally
on fraudulent activities.
VI. CUSTOMER SERVICE

(a) Due to the volume of customer service requests, we do not offer a
telephone support. All questions, comments, and concerns should be sent
to us only after reading our entire FAQ/Help page on our website, as many
answers to common questions can be found on that page.
